Anchor Camp’s Staff includes a Lifeguard, Pool Assistant, Sports Leader, Arts Leader, Grounds Keeper, assistant leaders and two counsellors for each group of 8-9 campers.

STEP 1 —
Attend LEAP training. All applicants for any staff position must complete a LEAP training weekend. The LEAP program is a weekend-long leadership training program. Each participant to successfully complete LEAP receives a certificate of completion.
“LEAP training weekend in the London area will be held May 19 – 21 2017 at the Simpson Farm (26360 Dymock Line West Lorne, ON).
All those applying to become an Anchor Camp Counsellor will need to complete LEAP. If this will be your first time attending a LEAP weekend, you will need to participate in the full weekend (Friday evening to Sunday afternoon). If you have already completed LEAP, there will be a “LEAP Refresher” during the weekend on Saturday May 20th from noon to 5pm.

Complete the following Staff Application and Waiver Form. Please print off the complete registration form (all 6 pages – please do not scale down). Colour printing is not necessary.
