FAQ

Do you find yourself at the close of the day or at the end of the week feeling like your jar of water is bone dry, and the well is just too far away to access? Do you sometimes wonder what exactly are you pouring out on others when it seems as if you’ve got nothing left to give? Do you come up against physical, mental or emotional road blocks that derail you, shut you down, or otherwise interfere with your ability to see the bigger picture in your life? Are you married, with or without children? Single-momming it for whatever reason? Or single and have a strong desire for and calling to the married life? In other words, are you a woman of faith and family, whose life is all about caring for others and whose greatest need sometimes might be just to have someone to care for you? Then Proverbs 31 is for you!

Because of the subject matter and the sensitive nature of each session's topic, this course is not recorded. We encourage participants, if they are going to miss a session, to communicate with Anne Marie to gather the necessary handouts and resources for the session and to communicate with a classmate to gather any notes or takeaways.

The cost for this course is $125. This fee goes towards FFI's Mental Wellness Outreach operations and any course resources or handouts.

Yes, you can join the course partway through. Those who join after the course has started can receive all handout materials from previous classes. Sessions are not recorded so the talk will not be provided again. New participants will have the opportunity to contact Anne Marie. Price for the course, regardless of the time of starting the course, remains the same.

This course is designed to meet women where they are at in the middle of their busy lives. The evening time slot of Friday at 8-9:30 was selected to navigate the reality of end-of-day tasks and bedtime routines, while opening up the possibility of getting together with friends for a Friday night. If staying up past 9:30pm isn't your cup of tea, consider connecting with friends a few days after the session to check in and see how it went for them.
