We’re going on a canoe trip! Twelve canoes with life jackets are available on a first come basis. Register early, to reserve a canoe. Personal canoes and kayaks with life jackets are welcome. All those participating must be able to swim and must wear a life jacket. For those who will not be canoeing, you are welcome to hang out at the JPII Centre. Please pack lunch. Dinner and drinks will be provided. After canoeing, head back to the center for a BBQ, lawn games, volleyball, swimming and an evening bonfire. Registration is mandatory. Hope to see you there!
We are having hamburgers and hotdogs, with salads and desserts. Participants are welcome to bring your own food if necessary.
10:00 am – Arrive at the John Paul II Cultural Centre
10:30 am – Transport canoes/people to drop off destination
10:30 am – Lunch (bring your own food)
11:00 am – Canoe Big Otter Creek
2:00 pm – Pick up and transport to vehicles
3:00 pm – Arrive back at the John Paul II Cultural Centre
3:00 pm – Free time
5:30 pm – Dinner
7:30 pm – Rosary Walk
8:00 pm – Evening Campfire
