I graduated from the University of Alberta’s Nursing Program in 2009 and now have the privilege and joy of teaching the Marquette Method of Natural Family Planning. After the birth of our second child, discovering the Marquette Method was truly life-changing for our family. I was drawn to its evidence-based approach, objective use of fertility biomarkers, and the confidence that comes from learning a method taught by healthcare professionals. It was a much better fit for us than our previous method. Inspired by our experience, I completed the training to become a certified Marquette Method instructor. My passion is helping women and couples better understand their fertility through personalized, evidence-based instruction, empowering them to make informed decisions that align with their faith. It is an honor to walk alongside families as they navigate their unique fertility journeys.
